After twelve years working as a GP, I realised my passion lay in working with mental health and wellness alongside my creative endeavours. I have completed and continue to undergo studies in a diverse range of approaches to enhancing mental health and utilise evidence-based therapies, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as other modalities including Interpersonal Therapy, Family/Systemic Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Gottman Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Sensate Therapy. Bringing a compassionate, warm and whole-person approach, I will be honoured to accompany you on your journey towards optimal mental health and wellbeing.
